MINISTRY
Illuminate Ministries stands alongside men and women and helps them develop into passionate followers of Jesus Christ. We assist them in finding true freedom found only in Christ and in discovering and claiming their God-given identity as sons and daughters of the King.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Andria Tucker
Andria serves as president of the board for Illuminate Ministries and currently serves as the children's minister at Altamesa Church of Christ in Fort Worth, TX. She previously worked as a pediatric physical therapist for fifteen years before joining her church staff. Andria is a founding member of the Pursued ministry and served for six years as an active facilitator for the Pursued weekend experiences. She is married to Cary, and they have two children. Andria is passionate about spreading hope and encouraging others on their journey.
Delorey Parnell
Delorey joined the board of Illuminate Ministries in 2021 out of a desire to promote opportunities to foster healing, hope, & connection amongst all cross sections of people. She has worked in the human resources field, both locally and internationally, for over fifteen years, and is currently an HR director for a healthcare distribution company. Delorey and her husband Neville have two wonderful daughters.
Derrek Drury
Derrek has served on the Illuminate Ministries board for three years. He is the innovation advisor for an oil and gas company and has several other business interests in Fort Worth. Derrek is a founding member of the Z Experience Ministry and has been on its leadership since 2010. He is married to Laura, and they have six children together. Derrek is passionate about adoption and spreading the gospel in the corporate arena.
STAFF
Mark Brannon
Mark is the executive director of Illuminate Ministries. He attended the very first Z Experience in 2011 and has been involved ever since. He was instrumental in helping Illuminate become its own independent non-profit ministry in 2014 and served as president of the board of directors until he became executive director in 2018. Prior to joining the Illuminate Ministries team full-time, his professional experience included management and Lean Six Sigma improvements at Lockheed Martin and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Mark has a heart for accepting people right where they are, loving and preserving the dignity of all people, and fostering strong family bonds. He lives in Benbrook with his wife Destin and their two boys. He enjoys hunting, fishing, grilling good food, and laughing with other humans.
